It is a cosmology that when applied to human conditions uses a structure of how to include everyone to solve problems, instead of who to destroy or leave out to solve problems.

The mathematical unworkability of current human business procedure is solved where a problem has been solved by human creativity, but those among your fellow human beings who need the problem solution do not have the money to pay for it.

As a human producer or distributor of a problem solution, you can make an automatic profit (increase in your ability to receive out of life) by selling to anyone desiring or needing the problem solution.

Money to exchange is no longer needed to sell to customers because pay or profit for selling is by the act of distribution as a bookkeeping entry, and is no longer a process of taking work recognition away from customers.

Pay by the act of distribution eliminates the condition in the current way of human living of large groups of your fellow human beings becoming individuals for whom you have to develop excuses or rationalizations for why you should not believe in them or leave them out of human actions, (wrong religion, wrong beliefs), because they are claiming you are leaving them out because they are not able to participate in problem solutions, (do not have the money or buying ability to obtain the problem solutions).

Such groups turn into automatic profit possibilities instead of individuals for whom excuses must be continually invented about why they are being left out of solved problems.

The purpose of government ceases to be how to apply in various ways a basic idea of a stronger force overpowering, enslaving, destroying or leaving out a weaker force ranging from ballots to bullets or from taxation to land or property stealing, and becomes instead a procedure to include everyone on the basis of what each person does (puts into life) instead of an individual's or groups's reason for why they put into life.

Debate in representative government is not to decide who to destroy or punish, but rather to vote higher or lower automatic pay or profit for putting into life for what elected representatives think more or less is needed to continue human life on the Earth, so that individuals on their own initiative can choose to change to doing what has been voted as more necessary, either to earn a higher put into life value faster, or it is a more sensitive way of believing in all of your fellow human beings to do what has been voted more necessary to continue human life.

Permanent purchasing ability that is not lost once it earned (not taken away from or stolen from individuals in the multitude of ways of current human actions), automatically continues to include everyone as human living conditions change,

instead of confronting everyone with the problem of who to stop including (who not to believe in any more), because of changing conditions such as how to slow down a business system without causing an economic disaster (through unemployment) when a condition is reached, threatened or accomplished of no longer expanding population size, or reduced availability or exhausting of a natural resource.

The practical application of the cosmology this book describes to the problem of 30 human death titled "the last enemy conquered will be death", shows how to reestablish belief in someone who has died by causing a new human body to experience the sensation of remembering being the person who died at some time in the past back in a replacement human body who can them be believed in as the person alive again.

Thus the overall application of what this book describes could reasonably be called "Believerism", how to believe in all of your fellow human beings.
