This is a way to replace lost property and maintain buying ability when one's home or business has been destroyed by floods or other disasters, (fires, earthquakes, riots, war) and one's source of income or job has disappeared because of the disaster.

This solution is electronic data processing used to earn an AUTOMATIC PROFIT BY THE ACT OF DISTRIBUTION any time an item or service is received (consumed, bought) by a customer, instead of "profit earned" by trying to take an "equal value" away from customers to complete a business transaction, --- and ---

TOTAL VALUE PUT INTO LIFE BUYING. Or in other words not taking away a purchaser's recognition of how much one has helped others in one's life in order to make purchases, (such as replacing property lost in a disaster).

Because a purchaser's total value put into life recognition is not taken away when purchases are made, and pay or profit is by the act of distribution as an electronic bookkeeping entry, this means that property lost in a flood, fire, earthquake, riot, or war can be replaced by a purchaser automatically having the same buying ability after a disaster as one had before the disaster.

Such a way of doing business was not possible until world wide electronic data processing and data base accessing became a reality with the combination of telephone wires or wireless telephone link satellites giving any person or location anywhere on the Earth access in a few seconds to any data base anywhere,

-- and the accomplished fact of INTERNET that provides the means any place on the earth to access any data base anywhere in seconds, ---

(such as the data base of the total value put into life by any individual that does not disappear when a disaster happens, and the data base of the pay or profit earned by distributing items or services to customers in regular business buying and selling, or replacing what a disaster has destroyed).

Humans reaching the point of being able to link (network) in seconds to anyone or any data base anywhere on the Earth by "speaking with clouds", constitutes the next step in the evolution of the genus "homo" from "homo sapiens" (unaided human senses) to "HOMO NET" (homo senses networked electronically to everyone else and all data anywhere on the Earth to produce a condition of TEAM HUMANS ON THE EARTH).

This way of solving the problems of disasters is a practical application of a suggestion to replace action-reaction, force overpowering force physics with an alternate idea of the basic nature of being called "Resonation Physics".

Resonation Physics suggests that the basic procedure taking place throughout the universe is repeating events (also referred to as resonation when observed in an area such as the radio and TV wave area of the electromagnetic spectrum), and not purposeless statistical probability, traveling in straight lines until smashing into something (action-reaction, force overpowering force physics).

Action-reaction, force overpowering force smash ups take place when mistakes are made in repeating events difference arranging such as disasters", (about 3% of the time. The other 97% of the time resonation in harmony, repeating events difference arranging is happening).

Thus with Resonation Physics, one sees "difference arrangements" everywhere from larger to smaller, and especially in how all forms of life except human life take place.

"Destruction" in human actions primarily results from difference arranging violations, of which an almost universal violation by humans is taking away an individual's recognition of how much one has been creative in life (the purpose of being according to Difference Arranging Physics, accomplish difference arranging), in order to receive out of life.

Taking away an idividual's recognition of how much one has put into life produces a misarranged difference arrangement among humans (people who have put in a lot at low or 0 positions; frequently people who have only manipulated take away work recognition records at high difference arrangement positions). In other life forms on the Earth "distribution" is accomplished by earned status position, instead of taking away status position in order to receive.

With humans, status position receiving out of life can be accomplished (purchasing for personal use, reward for putting into life), by using "TOTAL VALUE PUT INTO LIFE BUYING" and "PAY BY THE ACT OF DISTRIBUTION".

"Equal value" is no longer taken away from a customer who receives (buys) something.

Instead the much simpler and easier to understand idea is used (than how can you take enough value for exchanging equally away from people, employers, customers, credit agencies, tax payers, debt personal or national, mortgages, or stealing in a multitude of ways), ---

--- the much simpler idea is used of a person who has put more total value into life than someone else gets to receive a reasonable amount of what has become available before someone who has put a smaller total value into life.

To accomplish the result of someone who has put more into life receiving before someone who has put less into life ("earned status position" distribution of goods and services, instead of "taking an equal value away from customers" distribution of goods and services), a new kind of total value put into life price is placed on items or services for sale.

The new kind of price is determined by whoever is selling something (for personal use) starting out by placing a high price on something that is the highest amount customers are showing as their "total value put into life" and using the simple idea: a customer can have a reasonable amount for the asking of anything with the new kind of price on it the same as or lower than the total value one has put into life. Seller determines "reasonable amount".

If no customers want an item or service with a high total value put into life price, a seller lowers its price until the price level is found by experiment where what is being sold is being received by people with total value put into life recognitions the same as or higher than the price of an item or service. "Price" ceases to have any relation to "profit earned".

Remember that "making a profit" from a sale (distribution to a customer) is no longer accomplished by taking value away from a customer. "Profit", "pay", "reward for selling or helping others" is by the act of distribution as an electronic data base bookkeeping entry, and no longer by "trading equals".

When selling items for RESALE, that is to say items or services that are used for manufacturing or distribution instead of personal reward out of life for a customer receiving such items, the idea is NOT USED that a customer who has put a larger total value into life can choose to receive before customers who have put a smaller total value into life.

For resale selling a resale seller decides by personal opinion (individual initiative), knowledge of who are customers for what is being sold, and the nature of one's market area how much of each customer's order will be filled to accomplish an end result of a uniform personal consumer price for the same item or service throughout a resale seller's market area.

Both small and large are able to receive for new ideas or resale regardless of total value put into life.

Unfairness or waste complaints are settled by courts, judges, juries. A resale seller makes the determination by individual initiative what proportions to sell to resale sellers to avoid unfairness or waste complaints.

Thus proportionally more of a resale item is sold to customers where personal use prices for what the items sold are used for are high, and proportionally smaller amounts of resale orders are filled where personal use prices for what is sold will be used to provide are low. Negotiation and individual initiative judgment is used for research and new item or service development.

This is "proportional participation" distribution instead of "whoever can out spend someone else with equalism trading" distribution, with "pay by the act of distribution" instead of trying to take value away from customers in order "to be paid for selling something".

Transition procedure: let those who have keep, and produce more for those who do not have.

For holders of debt in an equalism trading system , give a not inheritable ex post facto buying ability of the same level they had in previous debt systems. As each such person dies, the "debt" from which they were receiving buying ability is ended.

Trace through all of the kinds of business transactions in human civilization using the "world wide networking" (homo net) of everyone to everyone else in a few seconds by the now accomplished fact of INTERNET, and wired or wireless telephone connections to large or small computers all over the Earth (including vest pocket and wrist watch computers), and you can see that a chain reaction can be set off that can result in solving a major portion of all current human problems, including the promises, predictions, threats, or implications of whatever idealistic system in which individuals or groups anywhere believe.
