There is static. The first part of the interruption is garbled. Something about a world crisis from huge financial losses in a California disaster,
or the United States Congress not being able find any more funds, taxes, or credit to deal with a financial disaster,
or a Japan earthquake and the Japanese stock exchange falling,
or a Mexico debt failure combined failure of other South American financial systems and the California and Japan crisis setting off a chain reaction of banks and stock markets crashing all over the Earth,
something about money spending ended.
That can't be. That would be the end of the World as humans have known it for the last 6000 years or more, since the Babylonian trading empire invented money spending. See End of world cycle.
The static clears, A voice is saying:---
..."estimate how much money you have earned in your life, or would have earned if you had been paid, or paid fairly for the work or items you have put into life.
... women include work done as a homemaker and mother.
...at the beginning of business tomorrow, (24 hours from now) we will start a 24 new business procedure of receiving out of life according to the total of how much you have put into life, stated as the total of the money you would have earned for all you have put in".
Static interrupts the broadcast again.
Is this about something I read somewhere, or heard some nut or predictor say on a radio or TV interview program, --- something about "Babylon the whore who corrupted the Earth, --- fallen", or "...those who do not have the mark of the Beast..."?
The static clears. The news special continues ---
..." 27 Information overload from advertising, debates by government, world wide information about everything such as from radio, TV, Internet, entertainment, leisure time, income, medical care, recovering from disasters, retirement, --- that information overload is suddenly simplified to 27 ONE NUMBER that is the number of the w orks of your life.
...there will be 17 new prices on what you buy called total work in life pricing. You can have a reasonable amount of anything with a total work in life price on it no higher than the total you have put into life.
...pay or profit for selling is by the act of distribution instead of any longer by collecting money or other value from customers. Sellers add to the total you have put in after each sale, the profit you would have made if you had received money from your customers for what you sell.
...in the following months, records from the money spending systems now ended will be checked to see who has made an estimate of the their total put into life that is too high, or an estimate that is too low. Appropriate action will be taken for those who have made estimates that are too high (tried for stealing), or too low (your estimate adjusted to a higher total).
...there will be a new kind of election of representatives for government where you vote for someone to represent you on the basis of what you put into life to help others, instead of with whom you agree or disagree in political or idealistic opinions.
...your estimate of how much you have put into life to start this new business procedure is based on the money values for work and profits on items sold before this new system started. When the new business system is in operation your elected representatives vote to raise or lower the money earned (how much is added to what you have put into life) for work done or items sold, to cause more or less to be produced of what is needed.
...every individual has freedom of choice by individual initiative to choose whenever one wishes to put into life, or to change to a different way to put into life that has been voted to earn a higher value, that is to say has been voted as more needed work or items.
...after this announcement this television station will broadcast a screen play showing people doing each of the steps of this new way of buying for personal use (reward out of life) and for resale buying and selling.
...the screen play of how to buy and sell with total work in life buying and pay by the act of distribution will also show the new kind of representation in government that votes to raise or lower how much is added to the works of a person's life for helping others, so that individual initiative choices in freedom govern this new Heaven and new Earth that have replaced the old Heaven and Earth that have passed away, as the world (or pain, sorrow, and death) came to an end, as promised or predicted".
