How does "the brotherhood of mankind" finally happen?

An assembly of elected representatives, with the basis for election being how people help each other instead of how people hate each other, (brotherhood, including everyone instead of only those who are a stronger force or "majority" by ballots or bullets), determines value in this new kind of business system, (see 80 "THE ARTICLES").

With a non-medium of exchange, (non equalism based mathematics) procedure for doing business, some method other than seeing how much medium of exchange something can be traded for is needed to determine the difference (magnitude of, value) of what a person puts into life to accomplish one's position in the difference arrangement of all of the participants in a business system. The different method is already in place and has been used, tested, and perfected during a substantial portion of the 20th century, (the last 94 years or so as of 1994, the date of this writing).

It is the process of determining by debate by representatives of the various kinds of WORK PEOPLE DO, what is the value of an item or service.

One can even find the individuals who conduct such debates listed under the heading "brotherhood" in probably the most widely published and distributed book to be found in human civilization at this time, or in other words "the bible", ("bible" the most widely published and referred to book for guidance used by a human group).

That book is the listing of ways to help others, (how to engage in brotherhood as long predicted), and which naturally has in it the specific listing "brotherhood", as well as all of its other listings which are simply thesaurus variations on the central concept of "brotherhood" or helping others, that is used to dial telephone numbers throughout human civilization.

Thus one uses the "yellow pages" as the bible (of this time, the guidance for how to help others, engage in brotherhood, practice love, solve problems creatively as long predicted and promised by virtually all religious systems in which humans have believed), as the guide for bringing into being "The United Professions" wherein representation is based on WHAT ONE DOES TO HELP OTHERS, instead of how one disagrees with one's fellow human beings, or one's rationalization for continuing to engage in appalling waste of now dwindling natural resources to say nothing of on purpose murdering of millions of people in never ending human wars, ("Capitalism" vs "Communism", "one religion against another", Iraq vs Iran, Catholics vs Protestants in Ireland, atheism vs deism, Russia vs the United States, etc.).

Or from another point of view, the characteristic of a resonating spherical volumes system that is used as a model for the assembly, is the condition that all elements of a resonating spheres system are inherently a part of the whole system (are all resonating together, 100% are included). It is not an inclusion-exclusion, agree-disagree, majority-minority or "democratic" system. Everyone is included instead of just a "majority" (by ballots or bullets).

To convene a human assembly of representatives using the 100% included principle, (instead of democracy, i.e. only a "majority"), representation is based on what people DO, instead of with whom or with what people disagree. Since everyone does something. 100% representation is achieved.

The purpose of the assembly of representatives is to achieve another condition observable in nature which is, --- cause each separate entity in a system as a result of being in communication with the coordinating difference arranging function of the whole system, to be able to see in each person's own way, the direction and purpose of the system, "Life simple enough to understand again", (or as religions say "guided by God" and saved from "sinning"), that is to say engage in one's own difference arranging procedure to accomplish the direction and purpose indicated.

Watch out for a purpose that is destruction (or as religions say "belief in Satan", who must be enslaved, destroyed, or stolen from to solve a problem), that is to say human misunderstanding of or ignoring of the basic principle on which the universe is constructed, (creation). This is the basic reason for a "freedom of the individual" system, instead of a "central human dictator or government bureaus" system.

In the new form of government derived from a "difference arranging" view of being, (where it is a difference arranging violation if something is omitted, such as by including "only a majority"), votes are the value of how much help one gives to others for a kind of work or item being voted on, instead of yes-no or "agree-disagree".

The result of the voting is the mathematical average of the votes cast. A higher amount is voted where it is felt more of some kind of work or item is needed, lower where less of some kind of work is felt desirable, to provide an INDIVIDUAL INITIATIVE, FREE WILL CHOICE, basis for any individual in a civilization to choose what one wants to do in life, or change one's work whenever one wishes to earn higher recognition faster, or do what has been voted more necessary.

Your personal reason can be Capitalist, Socialist, religious, atheist, or any other reason. That is no longer your basis for participation in government in this next step after democracy. As the bible ("yellow pages") shows and teaches, this is now the time of the long predicted "Brotherhood Of Mankind".

What replaces the "market economy" idea of a Capitalistic pay for everything twice system, ---

Market economy definition: prices determined by consumer "supply and demand", in which a "scarcity" causes a "higher price", so more individuals by individual initiative choose to produce an item to "make a higher profit from the higher price", (instead of being told by a government bureaucracy to produce more); ---

--- or if more of something becomes available than consumers have "pay the first time recognition to exchange for it" - (usually improperly referred to as a "surplus" when there is no "surplus" in respect to CONSUMER DESIRE TO RECEIVE, just a "surplus" in terms of ability to "exchange equal values for it"), then because of a lower profit or no profit from a lower price, producers stop producing it, (without having to be told to do so by a government bureau), not because people no longer want it, but because of the mathematical unworkability of a pay for everything twice business procedure), ---

---what replaces a "market economy" in a difference arranging system of putting in and receiving out of life, is on one hand a "guaranteed profit by the act of distribution" so long as a producer can find anyone who wants to receive what one is producing, (without a government bureau telling such a producer how much to produce to accomplish such a condition, and WITHOUT CONSUMERS RUNNING OUT OF BUYING ABILITY BEFORE CONSUMER DESIRE TO RECEIVE IS MET as in a "pay twice" system); ---

--- and on the other hand the "Assembly Of Representatives" voting a higher "guaranteed profit" on items or services its representatives feel should be available in larger quantities, (once again without bureaucracy or central "planning"), so that anyone can do what they think is appropriate with the higher guaranteed profit, (such as decide upon one's own initiative to start producing it); ---

--- or voting a lower guaranteed profit including "no profit at all" for NEW producers choosing on their own initiative to produce such items. Already existing producers are "grandfathered" with the profit they were guaranteed at the time they started producing, so long as they can continue to find consumers who want what they are producing.

Then someone asks, "Isn't an assembly of elected representatives voting higher or lower guaranteed profits just government planning or government dictatorship by a different name?"

To which the answer is, "On one hand" the "beliefs are fulfilled" of The Believers in Socialism and Communism who feel there should be some way for "elected representatives" to perform a central planning function,---

--- but "On the other hand" because such voting by elected representatives is not implemented by setting up a government bureaucracy to "dictate who shall make such higher profits", instead of anyone who feels like it making such decisions on their own initiative without any directives from government, and also because it is not a "bureaucracy" (of individuals who cannot be removed from their government jobs due to incompetency or ignoring what consumers want), but instead an ASSEMBLY OF ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES who can be voted out of their positions if voters do not like what they are doing, (similar to members of a board of directors in a "corporation" in a "pay for everything twice" way of buying and selling),---

--- one finds that the beliefs of The Believers in the "Capitalism" way of making decisions about what to do are also fulfilled.

Also, there are some complainers against "Capitalism" who say "all Capitalists can think of is making a profit and nothing else". Such "Capitalists" also find themselves "in Paradise" where they are "guaranteed a profit" as long as they can find anyone who wants what they are producing.

One's REASON for why one helps others is returned to being a person's personal, private business according to 80 "THE ARTICLES".

In the new pay once instead of twice system, the WORKS OF ONE'S LIFE are added up as predicted and promised, not WHY one worked.

It is entirely possible that life might become "so simple" for many people, (as they discover how to live finally in "Brotherhood"), that the skin color, race, religion or atheism, political opinions, sex, or any other such personal and private matters, come to occupy a low position on one's difference arrangement of purpose of life and appreciation, compared to whether a plumber does a good job of fixing one's plumbing, or a doctor does a good job of healing one's sickness, or a mother does a good job of rearing children who do not become criminals, (engage in destruction).

Individuals thus decide for themselves (freedom) what they wish to do considering the "profit by the act of distribution" or "work in life recognition" a task earns, the direction and purpose of the system of which they are a part, and their own direction and purpose (their personal views of what is creative). THE ARTICLES are written in such a way that everyone is included, even people who are mothers. Everyone earns "Permanent Purchasing Ability" they do not lose once it is earned because it is not "spent" or "reduced" to accomplish purchasing.
