The following is a suggestion that has been 46 censored for over 50 years.

This is a suggestion, (similar to suggesting the universe does not revolve around the Earth), that purports to embrace in one concept (a cosmology).

Theory: Any product of the functioning of nature is a problem solving device. This includes everything from subatomic phenomena, to arrangements as complex as life forms on a planet such as Earth, humans, human economic, political and idealistic systems, systems of planets, galaxies, and the whole universe. (This is suggesting a cosmology).

The mechanical and thus quantifiable structure of "problem solving" (and 29 "intelligence") throughout the universe is repeating events difference arranging from larger to smaller by a variety of criteria. Change of criterion for a difference arrangement is triggered by measuring "destruction" (a decreasing level of effectability, see below).

"Destruction" as a quantifiable condition is a process of recording the "level of effectability" (size of, length of a difference arrangement, how much something can effect and be effected by, memory) at a point in time, and at a later time remeasuring "level of effectability".

If the measurement of level of effectability is less at the later time, the entity is experiencing "destruction", and a hunting for a different difference arranging criterion process (experimenting with different magnitudes assigned to detected differences) takes place to see if a different criterion for arranging the differences an entity is detecting can be found that produces a measured comparison of "the same as or a higher level of effectability", which as the antonym of "destruction" is thus the definition of "creation".

It is suggested the constant measuring and feed back process of "the same as, lower, or higher level of effectability" is a procedure continually carried on throughout all of being by everything everywhere, by virtue of the mechanical properties and implications of resonation ("graduated magnitudes difference arranging").

• Briefly summarizing: "Creation" is a constant or increasing level of effectability. Destruction is a decreasing level of effectability.
  

• Feed back measuring of a decreasing level of effectability triggers difference arranging criterion change, to reestablish same as or increased level of effectability.
  

• Deduction: The "purpose of being is creation".
  

• "Creation" is "moral". Destruction is "Immoral".
  

With the "level of effectability" concept, Creation-Destruction, Morality-Immorality become mathematically calculable.

Thus: "Correcting difference arranging violations" provides a basis for simultaneously accepting the ideas of predestination (see predictability of event repetition below), free will, and "morality" as properties of being in the same set as mass and velocity, and the religious idea "punishment for sinning" (measuring a decreasing level of effectability).

As for "God" and 29 "divine intelligence planning creation" the rhetorical question is asked:

Is repeating events difference arranging any less intelligence when observed on a universe level, than when it is observed on the level of "the image of "God" (religious dogma), that is a human baby showing signs of "intelligence" (ability to accomplish repeating events difference arranging)?

This is being written at a time when it is socially unacceptable even to contemplate to say nothing of actually talk about a universal testable explanation of all conditions both material and spiritual that in its testing shows solutions to current seemingly unsolvable human problems. "Problem solving" has degenerated again into who or what to destroy to solve problems, (instead of how to include everything and everyone with new ideas), and what ideas to keep from being heard so that they do not lead to more people who have to be destroyed to solve unsolved problems.

In times past one was allowed to suggest a cosmology that could embrace all human activities. Currently one is not allowed to be heard if one suggests a cosmology that embraces both the material and the spiritual, both the physical structure of being and what in a physical structure produces the concept or relationship called "morality" or "right and wrong" as a property of matter instead of a subjective opinion having no basis in physical reality, both "purpose of being" and who or what measurable and understandable phenomenon is 29 "God" or produces the sensation or opinion in humans that there "is a God", or "an intelligence that has designed" what humans now observe around them.

Considering the above, it might help to skip ahead to "Real world problem solutions" in this suggestion to decide if it might be worth the trouble (and violation of current social customs) to consider what may be a new approach to problem solving.

A name for this theory to replace force overpowering physics could be Resonation Physics,

"Resonation Physics (graduated magnitudes difference arranging) is suggested as a replacement for the currently accepted basic idea of "action-reaction" or "force overpowering force" as the fundamental basic process in which everything is engaging everywhere.

From such a position "properties of being" such as "purpose" and "right or wrong" (and who or what is "God", and "intelligence" both personal human and "divine" throughout the universe) can be deduced,

--- instead of the deduction and implication of "force overpowering force" as the fundamental idea or theory, that everything throughout the universe takes place by purposeless statistical probability, there is no "purpose" of being. Or by current ideas in force overpowering force physics, "purpose" (such as in human actions, or actions or motions of any other entities in the universe seeming to indicate "intelligence"), is an illusion resulting from ignorance of the mathematics of endless collisions or orbit captures of purposeless "masses".

A substantial body of information and repeatability tests currently exists that in essence consists of the process of repeating events difference arranging under the title "resonation", or "electro magnetic resonation", with broad experiment and practical application in areas such as radio and television broadcasting and receiving, which in turn is a portion of phenomena that is currently called 52 "the electro magnetic spectrum".

Study and testing of phenomena of the "electro magnetic spectrum" at this time is apparently not thought of as a model of the basic process taking place throughout the universe, but rather as a sub category of purposeless statistical probability, straight line motion, force overpowering force physics (Newtonian physics).

It is suggested for speculation and test purposes, that the current somewhat narrow area of "the electro magnetic spectrum" (repeating events difference arranging from approximately 52 long wave radio to Gamma Rays be broadened in title and concept to the name "resonation physics", and be extended to consider "repeating events" (resonation) of any duration between repetitions including periods as long as hours, days, years, or several thousand or several million years, and that purposeless statistical probability straight line, force overpowering force motion be considered a sub category of "resonation physics".

Where does the current basis for physics (and much of cosmology at this stage in human development) that is straight line motion until collision or gravitational or magnetic capture fit into "resonation physics" as an alternate basis for a cosmology (universal explanation of everything anywhere both material and spiritual?, "solve.all.problems", possibly a new Newsgroup on INTERNET?)

Straight line motion until collision or gravitational or magnetic field capture becomes a special case in "resonation physics" where the basic conditions, laws, or properties of "resonation physics" are "violated", and thus a temporary condition takes place of something proceeding in a straight line by the principles of purposeless statistical probability, until the processes of nature (resonation physics) succeed in correcting the violation of the basic properties, conditions, or laws of "resonation physics" and a condition that was "traveling in a straight line until a collision or orbit capture" returns to exhibiting the properties of "resonation phenomena" (which in its simplest fundamental essence is event repetition), and thus ceases to exhibit the phenomena of "action-reaction, purposeless statistical probability straight line motion" to smashup or orbit capture. After an "orbit capture" conditions return to "normal" and follow the principles of "resonation" instead of "straight line motion" to smashup. Sub atomic particles are replaced by wave patterns on the surface of resonating spherical volumes.

To state the preceding more briefly, "action-reaction, straight line motion physics" it is suggested describes where nature "makes a mistake", and temporarily exhibits straight line motion, action-reaction phenomena until the "mistake" is corrected (by the processes of resonation physics).

It is suggested "nature makes a mistake" and acts in a manner of "action-reaction straight line motion" about 3% of the time, which leaves about 97% of what nature does as "resonation physics" phenomena.

Or in different words, current human science and mathematics has mapped in exhausting detail the scientific area of where nature makes a mistake, which embraces about 3% of observable and interpretable phenomena.

That leaves a broad field of new investigation, explanation, theorizing, and perhaps problem solving comprising the other 97% of what nature does and how it does it, similar to the vista opened by considering that the Earth revolves on an axis, instead of the Earth being stationary in space and the universe, the Earth's Sun, and the other planets in the Earth's solar system revolving around the Earth.

Like opening a new and unexpected mystery Christmas present or new scientific toy (or theory), what might be some of the strange and amazing "new" things that might emerge from suggesting a change from imagining that any motion observable anywhere is a variation on proceeding in a straight line until a purposeless statistical probability collision or orbital capture, to imagining that anything ("motion" or anything else observable, this is a suggestion on the level of cosmology), is a variation on "repeating events difference arranging" or resonation?

To begin with, "purposeless statistical probability" as the generally accepted idea of the fundamental phenomenon on which everything in the universe is based, is replaced by the mathematical construct of the "predictability of a "repeating event" or "resonation". Replacing purposeless statistical probability with the consequences of the predictability of "event repetition" as the fundamental phenomenon for everything in the universe is a philosophy and cosmology milestone.

For example, if it is observed that a "repeating event" takes place such as "the Sun appearing to rise in the East" (which it does not, the Earth rotates on its axis producing a "repeating event" of the Sun seeming to repeat its "rise in the East" every 24 hours), one can hazard a guess or even a "prediction" that 24 hours after each seeming rising of the Sun in the East, that the rising will repeat. Or in other words one has observed and become aware of an event it can be "predicted" will repeat every 24 hours, and food will grow, biological clocks reset, difference arranging violations corrected, (predictability consequences, "intelligence designing creation"?)

Such a viewpoint or "interpretation" can be extended to the multitude of other "event repetitions" observable throughout the universe, and on a microcosmic scale compared to the universe, to every kind of observable condition on the Earth, including the condition that any word printed on this page or spoken as a word in a language is a "repeating event", (a clue?, are human language words evidence of "intelligence"?, and by extension repeating events difference arranging detected anywhere is "intelligence", see 29 "god".

The rhetorical question is asked again: "Is repeating events difference arranging any less an indication of "intelligence" if observed on a universe scale, instead of on a scale of an "image of God" [religious dogma] that is a human baby showing signs of "being intelligent"? i.e. exhibiting repeating events phenomena).

A reply by someone to this suggestion, (not thinking on the level of cosmology but rather on a level of observing and classifying data in a data base, either hydrocarbon or silicon technology) might be, "So what?

All you are doing is suggesting slightly different wording for the totally obvious that is virtually universally known and accepted by observers, scientific or otherwise throughout human civilization at this time. How can anything useful or "new" be derived from such a minor change of wording for the totally obvious virtually everyone already accepts?" (repeating events the overwhelming predominant phenomenon throughout the universe).

Think about the "predictability" of an understood "repeating event" on the level of cosmology instead of like a desktop or main frame computer arranging data in a data base by a criterion of length of time between event repetitions, (or a human, that is to say organic based difference arranging device detecting and arranging repeating events).

It should produce a sensation similar to wondering what it would be like or opening the Pandora's box of the Earth rotating on its axis, instead of the universe rotating around the Earth.

That was a "so what" about 53 500 years ago.

But look what happened as the ramifications of "the Earth is not the center around which the universe rotates" began to dawn on observer after observer, thinker after thinker, scientist after scientist, religion after religion, psychology system after psychology system, explanation after explanation of how and why everything in the universe does what it does.

The significant event was not that "the pope" or "religion" was wrong, but rather an evolution step in communication theory, or, how everything does, or can communicate with everything else (is "communication with God", or developing new ideas about "Creation" only possible through a government bureaucracy such as "The Pope" and his Cardinals?).

"Repeating events difference arranging" may be another evolution step in communication theory (what and how nature does with what is communicated), see "Next step in human civilization, 18 what follows homo sapiens sapiens" discussion, and the book "The 8th Day" of creation, $7 from Box 11131 - Portland OR 97211.

Suggestion: Rethink, redefine, restate current observations and theories of how and why conditions in nature take place as they do (including human actions and explanations on the Earth and especially human business and political procedures, and ideas about "morality", "right and wrong", and "purpose of being" of any human actions) in difference arranging" terms instead of "straight line motion equal action-reaction, force overpowering force, purposeless statistical probability" terms.

This would be similar to suggesting about 450 years ago that existing views of the nature of being be rethought and redefined in terms of the Earth rotating, instead of the universe rotating around the Earth, (replace epicycles with a Heliocentric solar system, Copernicus), and about 380 years ago that acceleration due to gravity is independent of mass, (Galileo), and motion can be understood with "laws of straight line motion" instead of "Gods" or "God" causes motion about 330 years ago (Newton).

Implications, preliminary survey: At first sight such a suggestion may seem to involve little more that some minor changes in terminology and viewpoint from current accepted and extensively investigated and mapped ideas.

"The Periodic Table Of Chemical Elements" can be thought of as a "difference arrangement" by a criterion of "atomic weight", combined with "periodic repeating" (event repetition) of chemical characteristics in column positions in the "periodic table".

52 "The electromagnetic spectrum" can be thought of as a difference arrangement by a criterion of length of time between "repeating events" as in "light is a repeating event on the order of 10 to the 15th repetitions per second, AM radio 550,000 to 1,500,000 repetitions per second".

Such "little more than change of terminology and viewpoint" but virtually nothing of substance apparently changing can be applied to all of the rest of observable phenomena in the universe and on the Earth, with the exception of one infinitesimal area of phenomena (on a whole universe scale), but on the scale of the entities specifically precipitating the phenomena, of immense and overbearing manifestation in their actions.

That infinitesimal area of phenomena in all of the universe is the actions of human life on the Earth, and the suggestion by this theory, that humans from a human point of view (instead of what is happening in all of the universe point of view), appear to become involved in an atypically large quantity of "difference arranging mistakes", that is to say "destruction", (spend more than about 3% of their time engaging in or getting ready to engage in destruction as the supposed or theoretical way to "solve problems"), that is to say "not succeeding in accomplishing the purpose of being", ---

Suggestion: humans are a primitive unevolved life form at a "666" stage? see "Next Change In Human Civilization, 18 what follows homo sapiens sapiens").

Evidence to support such an observation is the seeming incessant complaining throughout human life on the Earth about "being destroyed in various ways", "persecuted", "harassed", "treated unjustly or unfairly", "immorality", "crime", "unappreciated" (not treated according to one's true difference arranging total).

Incorporation of commentary on such "mistakes in difference arranging" into human idealistic systems are instances such as a major religion centered around explaining the causes of and then how to end, avoid or escape the cycle (repeating events) of "pain, sorrow, and death" (Buddhism, 8 fold path).

Three other major religions comment on "mistakes in difference arranging" under the title "sinning" (Judaism, Christianity, Islam, "don't lie, cheat, steal, murder").

Similar commentary on "mistakes in difference arranging", "not accomplishing the purpose of being" (or will, purpose, or plan of "God"?) are found in virtually all other human idealistic systems including atheism (scientific solutions to problems such as better irrigation and fertilizers to "solve the problem" of "destruction" of hunger, starvation).

It is suggested as an Internet discussion group subject, that it might lead to useful observations and perhaps even useful alternate procedures for human actions (problem solutions, reducing or ending destruction in human activities, accomplishing "the purpose of being"), to explore an approach to human problem solving that appears to be simple enough to be used to "solve problems" throughout the rest of the universe on levels as simple and uncomplex as subatomic phenomena, atomic level phenomena, atomic and chemical compound organization on levels such as plant and non human animal life, (skipping human life for now), repeating events on a level of planetary systems, (orbit capture), galaxies, and difference arranging observable on a whole universe level.

Something that is simple enough to be understood and used (to accomplish "the purpose of being") by a form of life such as a one celled amoeba, one can speculate might be simple enough to be understood and used by a more complex life form (product of the functioning of nature) such as human life.

(That is outrageous, to compare "understanding" on a one cell life level, to "understanding" on a human life level, as if both can or "should" use the same "simple approach to problem solving, ( 29 "intelligence"?, repeating events difference arranging).

(Furthermore-! it is outrageous to suggest that "difference arranging" to replace "equal action-reaction straight line motion" is a suggestion that might be considered on the same level and as outrageousness as the Earth is not the center of the universe about 450 years ago, that things that are heavier do not fall faster due to gravity, about 390 years ago, and that "straight line motion until collision" laws of motion can replace "God as what causes motion" about 330 years ago.)

(and -- utterly unthinkable as well as outrageous that current science and mathematics is based on when "nature makes a mistake about 3% of the time", which leaves what nature is doing the other 97% of the time as possibly a new area of scientific and mathematical exploration, (is what has been referred to for so long as "God", "resonation phenomena"? - does that "end the mystery of God" predicted in various Bibles?, see Dragon Hunt discussion in the book "Speaking With Clouds").

This is suggesting "status system" distribution, instead of paying for everything a second time or "money exchanging" or "equalism trading" distribution.

Extensive observation of how everything else in nature and the universe functions suggests or even "reveals" that "status system distribution" except in human actions, is how "distribution" is accomplished throughout the rest of the universe (repeating events difference arranging).

The inverse square attraction effect of both gravity and magnetic fields is an example in nature of "difference arranging distribution from larger to smaller" as an omnipresent fundamental condition observable throughout all of being.

The sequence of colors in a light spectrum or "rainbow" is another example.

The sequence of numbers on an AM radio dial from 550 (x 000) to 1250 (x 000) when one understands how an AM radio "resonates to a difference arrangement from 550 to 1250 is an additional example of the fundamental principle of how nature accomplishes distribution according to a "cosmology" that suggests everything anywhere, including the whole universe as well as human business systems on the Earth, is a system functioning by the principles of "resonation physics" arrangement from larger to smaller magnitudes, instead of the currently taught idea that everything everywhere is a process of masses trying to proceed in straight lines until smashing into something by the principles of purposeless statistical probability force overpowering force, or being captured in a gravitational or magnetic orbit).

Thus using the same basic idea the rest of nature apparently uses in instances such as rainbows, gravity, rain forests, "distribution of water from forests to deserts, entities closer to the water source have it distributed to them before entities further away from the water source, " -- arrange humans in a difference arrangement from larger to smaller to accomplish distribution in a human business system.

Currently Social Security Records that show from birth to age 65 years how much value a person has put into life (personal income paid in money on which one pays taxes by current money spending ideas), by only a slightly different way of thinking of what a slide down a slot card does when it is passed down a magnetic strip reader slot, can be thought of and used as a magnetic card accessing the TOTAL VALUE one has put into life up to the time of each purchase, instead of the difference between the total put in, and how much has not been taken away, stolen, or spent so far by an individual. See 43 "A Similar Life In Each System" charts.

To buy with one's total value put into life recognition, a person takes the "recognition of the total value one has put into life" (paid into life), to a place where one wishes to buy something and compares the 24 "the value one has paid into life", with the prices on what one wishes to "buy".

Since "everything is already paid for", the question is who gets an earlier choice (status system position choice) of what has already been paid for.

To find out who has first choice, items or services have a 17 new kind of price that does not indicate the "value" of what one wishes to buy (for which an "equal value, or equal debt or credit must be traded to receive it).

Instead the "price" in total value put into life buying indicates how far it can be distributed down a difference arrangement of all consumers in a business system before its quantity available is exhausted. Or in other words, who has "prior choice" (of everyone included) to receive what is available.

Thus for example, if a person has been paying into a human economic division of labor at a rate of $30,000 a year for 10 years, the total of what one has put into life is $300,000. This means you can choose to receive free for the asking a reasonable amount of anything with the new kind of status position price on it of 300,000 or smaller. Reasonable amount is determined by the seller of an item or service.

When you "buy something" using this status earned position instead of paying for everything twice system, your recognition of the total you have put into life is not reduced, lowered, taken away from you, or otherwise made smaller (see 4 "A Similar Life In Each System" charts) because you received something out of life that what you have paid into life had entitled you to choose to receive.

To do so would thereafter not treat a person according to their true total (cause destruction, immorality, see Internet alt. sci. physics. new-theories.

Thus this is in effect an actual "do away with spending money" way of doing business, instead of an illusion of "no longer trading money" with credit cards, where trading is still the basis for a business procedure. I am aware of the upheaval and consternation in money trading and dishonest business transactions this can cause. It is suggested that condition be handled as follows.

As for people thrown out of work by a changeover to "total work in life, no more taxation buying", current "politicians", tax collectors, bureaucrats no longer needed with a return to freedom and initiative from individuals, -- such individuals can immediately "retire" with their recognition of the total money they earned in their life in the replaced previous system of equalism trading.

Holders of current "national debt" promissory notes unlikely to be honored when due by present business methods can be granted by ex post facto the level of purchasing ability not transferable to heirs such promissory notes would give in the new not paying for everything a second time business system. Let those who have keep, and produce more for those who do not have.

There is even in this hidden just barely below the level of your conscious awareness the long mentioned, but not very seriously so far, "Brotherhood Of Mankind", as the problem arises in a difference arranging or "resonation physics" based human civilization and human business system, of 19 how to determine the value of the total a person puts into life, if the mechanism suddenly disappears of using the procedure of seeing how much of the recognition of the value a person has put into life can be taken away from customers in order to determine the "price" of something sold.

If you do not take away a person's recognition of how much value a person has put into life to be entitled to receive out of life, because it was realized such subtraction constitutes a difference arranging violation and cause of destruction in various degrees in anyone's life, (and provides the principal mechanism for stealing in current human actions), how do you determine the value a person puts into life?

Answer: You sit around and argue about it, also known as "representative government". As with the rest of this tour guide of what is already here, just not realized yet, and the "world ending again at its regular 500 year resonation time (see 52 "life cycles"), it turns out that the sitting around and arguing about value put into life procedure, is not hidden so deep that it is almost impossible to notice in the confusion of 52 the world coming to an end again. A listing of how people help each other (put value into life) is already here, as with the rest of this suggestion, as the yellow pages of a telephone directory.

Could it be that the procedure is already in place where you can sit around and argue in The Brotherhood Of Mankind (or perhaps as an alternative name "The United Professions" to replace "The United Nations), about what the elected representatives of people on the basis of how they help others in life and thus become entitled to receive out of life, --- think there should be more of or less of as a result of human actions, and then vote higher or lower difference arranging recognition (pay, salary, wage, value put into life), that anyone who does such work earns, that permanently increases their difference arranging position for life, instead of "spending it" giving it away, or having it stolen in various ways in order to accomplish purchasing?

So far this has been only idea positioning and word meaning game playing, nothing Earth shaking such as what resulted from challenging the authority of the church of Rome as in the case of Copernicus and Galileo, or Isaac Newton in effect dispensing with God or Gods as a basic explanation of how "everything in the universe is in a state of motion --- attempted straight line motion until smashup or gravitational capture", (suggested replacement: resonation).

Lets try something human civilization shaking to try to make this Internet proposed discussion topic perhaps seem to be something worth arguing about, or contributing opinions, comments, or even action to see where it might lead if one were to imagine that the universe does not revolve around the Earth, ---

or that heavier things do not fall faster, ---

or it is human illusion or delusion to imagine that anything that happens takes place by anything other than a variation on straight line motion purposeless statistical probability, ---

or that since everything else in the universe seems to be engaging in the simple procedure of repeating events difference arranging from larger to smaller (to "solve problems", "end or avert destruction", "accomplish the purpose of being"), what might emerge if such a procedure is used to approach areas of complaining about destruction in a multitude of forms by humans?

Test problem: Humans saying they are experiencing destruction by various aspects of human business procedure, (broke, destitute, unemployed, can't buy what is available, can't find a job to get money to spend, can't afford available medical care, can't pay debts either personal or national, human adult initiation rites do not realistically prepare juvenile humans to function as adults).

Skipping many pages or books (from the early 1940's) to reach such a conclusion, (more details can be provided if requested by Internet participants, self published books, regular publishers will not allow anything about what is being described here to be mentioned), -- does there seem to be a suggestion of difference arranging violations in human business systems?

Yes (see complaining above).

Test corrective procedure: -- to accomplish DISTRIBUTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES in a human business system, arrange all of the human participants in a business system from babies just born to individuals dying of old age in a "difference arrangement" by a criterion of how much each individual has put into the business system on a LIFE BASIS ("Team Humans"), that has caused the goods and services to be available that are distributed by the business system.

Examples of this taking place in life forms other than human life are the status systems and "pecking orders" used in non human life forms to determine earlier choice or "prior choice" of available food, shelter, and mating preference.

Humans using such a "total put into the life" of one's tribe, group, business system, human civilization, would receive out of life by a procedure that is no longer based on trying to "trade something equal in value to what one receives out" (subtracting from a difference position total - a difference arranging violation), which is paying for everything twice.

What an individual puts into life is paying the first time.

Receiving out by having one's put into life total reduced by what one receives out is "equal to" (equalism reasoning based mathematics and business procedure) is paying the second time.

Such taking away of a person's recognition of the total of what one has put into life produces an inaccurate difference arrangement length for each individual (a difference arranging violation, measuring a "lower level of effectability", less buying ability), including frequently a 0 4 length even if an individual has put a substantial amount of value into life, ("paid the first time").

New economic premise to correct the difference arranging violation: everything is already paid for by the goods and services assembled to make something available for distribution.

This new distribution principle (everything already paid for) is as simple as how far can a drop of water flow down a glass window before the wet trail it leaves exhausts the quantity of water in the water drop, or how far can a river flow from a rain forest into a desert providing moisture for plant and animal life along its banks until the end of moisture distribution is where the river dries up in a desert.

If plants and one cell life forms in puddles and eddies along a river can understand such a simple procedure (or at least effectively implement it in order to survive and live, accomplish the purpose of being), it ought to be something humans can also understand. It is as simple as whether the universe is rotating around the Earth, or the Earth is rotating.

This would be quantity available distribution in a human business system, by an order of "priority", "prior choice", "status position", or "difference arrangement position", instead of distribution by trying to take a value away from a customer "equal to" what is received out of the distribution system (pay a second time), which thus produces a "length of a difference arrangement" that does not coincide with the length of the difference arrangement accessed by the "operating system programming" 23 ("DOS") of organic technology data processors produced by the processes of nature (memory by a human brain).

"Pay", "profit", is by the act of distribution as a bookkeeping entry (similar to biological memory, a difference added to a difference arrangement) instead of by endeavoring to be paid by receiving an intermediate medium of exchange to spend; ---

a procedure that incessantly fails to work or breaks down, (and that many humans think of emotionally as variations on "destruction"), necessitating patch work devices such as "cost cutting", "layoffs", "loans", "credit", "debt", "welfare", "charity", "stealing to continue living", "currency devaluation", "financial markets", "stocks", "bonds", "notes", "bankruptcy", and multitudes of ways to engage in "sinning" (bearing false witness, killing, wars, incorrect difference arranging unconsciously or as a purposeful malicious action, that is to say not accomplishing the purpose of being).

"Business competition" actions are thought of as "being more creative", instead of force overpowering force taking away from, subtracting from, or destroying "competition", (an already earned total value put in recognition is not taken away from a producer or manufacturer if someone else succeeds in accomplishing "more creation". See "Letter To The 15 Nobel Peace Prize Committee" for a more detailed discussion of the potentialities of this business procedure to accomplish more peaceful relationships among current often warring human groups.

All of the motions and devices required to accomplish human economic distribution by difference arranging instead taking equalism away from customers are already in place and being used in "debit card" or "credit card" slide down a slot in a grocery store or department store check out line transactions, with cash register receipts showing the name and quantity of each item purchased, (see "one card buys everything" discussion in the book "Speaking With Clouds").

All that is required are a few changes in the computer code (and what humans envision is happening) of the credit card slide through slot computer that in essence amount to not subtracting from the total in a purchasers's account (total paid in the first time) when purchases are made, (the total currently used as the basis for a retirement pension at age 65 for an individual in a country such as the United States of America, (FICA earnings), see "Babylon fallen in one day", and 7c "We Interrupt This Game Show".

Potential problem solution: (get ready for something as earth shaking as the universe does not revolve around the Earth, or heavier things do not fall faster).

Money exchanging or value exchanging ended as the way to accomplish economic distribution, and with value exchanging ended, the "pain, sorrow, and death" or "sinning" associated with national and personal debt, and tax collecting for governments to "exchange equal value" for the functions governments perform in human actions ended, (taxation ended, automatic pay to providers as a different way to interpret current bookkeeping entry, even if requisitioned). taxation ENDED. That is world shaking.

Bankruptcy ended, automatic solution to "how to pay for" universal medical care, decent old age retirement for anyone, mathematically possible to end "unemployment", and the most outrageous of all, women finally admitted to full membership in human civilization. More Earth shaking after shocks.

Brief clarification of "women admitted to full membership in human civilization": being a "body woman", that is to say bearing and rearing children, earning at least the same amount of independent buying ability in life as being a "body man" who works on automobile bodies instead of human bodies in an automobile repair shop. Women all over the Earth shaking, another shock, ("return to grace"?).

As a consequence of finally admitting female humans to full membership in human civilization being able to dispense with the procedure of granting begging permits to females for female humans to be able to live. Or in other words no longer requiring marriage contracts divorce settlements, government welfare agencies or charitable institutions to support females, as a band aid approach to humans so far not having been able to devise a direct way for female humans to be awarded earned status position in human business system distribution unless they turn themselves into men in a business system sense, i.e. do male jobs. Female "labor" as in child bearing does not count as "work" that contributes anything "of value" to human civilization by male equalism trading based reasoning.

The exclusively female possible work in life of bearing children (and the follow on of 18 to 21 years to turn children into adults in the portion done by females), does not count as yet in human actions to accomplish direct buying ability because of such work in life. Difference arranging distribution with no longer taking work in life recognition away from customers can finally make it mathematically reasonable and possible to admit female humans to full membership in human civilization.

Maybe women in charge of procreation ("return to grace") as a finally recognized status earning position in human actions (independent buying ability in life instead of issuing a begging permit to females from either an individual man or a government welfare agency), may make it unnecessary to deal with "human overpopulation" and "child neglect and child abuse" as a new religious dogma or revelation from God:

"You have now gone forth and populated and subdued the Earth as directed. Henceforth live in balance by producing no more than a life for a life. It is henceforth murder (of the person who dies) to produce a 3rd child if anyone on the Earth at the moment a 3rd child is born to a couple is dying of starvation either material or spiritual".

Female rationality (with earned status, "marriage of the Lamb?", women "married to God" as are men, i.e. to how nature works instead of married to a government bureau or begging permit) may be able to handle overpopulation destruction instead of more dogma.

Ending taking work recognition away from customers to accomplish goods and services distribution and the consequent instances of "destruction" solved (theory verification) by such a change (such as ending debt, taxes, bankruptcy) by changing one's thinking from the universe rotating around the Earth, or to repeating events difference arranging instead of add-subtract, force overpowering force or "destroying" (taking away, stealing), is a magnitude 8 or 9 earth shaking for human civilization by applying to human actions the same kind of approach to problem solving that can be observed is used by chemical elements in a periodic table of elements, or one cell life forms, or non human life in a rain forest that trails off into an arid desert (difference arranging distribution of moisture in a rain forest), or what one is observing when one sees a rainbow happening after atmospheric difference arranging, or how symbiosis develops or "is designed or created" in a rain forest, instead of add-subtract taking away.

Comparable earth shaking can be observed or mapped in other areas of human actions using a difference arranging viewpoint instead of equal action-reaction, straight line motion, force overpowering force viewpoint, such as: 19 government, (democracy based on what one does instead of who one seeks to destroy. Democracy used to determine value with paying twice [money spending] ended).

Theory verification continues as difference arranging (resonation physics") is applied to "who or what is 29 "God"; ---

mathematical morality; ---

and finding out "what is gravity" (not what gravity does, that is now widely known and documented, but what is it that is doing it? Just another difference arranging phenomenon? Waves on the surface of a resonating sphere?), with consequent speculative possibilities for accomplishing intra galaxy instead of only intra solar system space travel, as well as an alternative source of energy in place of fossil fuels, atomic fission or fusion, or hydroelectric water dams.

With homo net Concentration Quotient (CQ) becomes a more important indicator of ability than Intelligence Quotient (IQ). Instead of trying to measure accomplishment ability by the speed and accuracy with which data can be retrieved from a human brain as a data storage device, a measurement of accomplishment ability can be based on the ability of an individual not to be distracted and to concentrate on acquiring data specifically relating to accomplishing a specific task from electronic data bases world wide and in all forms.

A speculative applying of "difference arranging theory" to human business procedure (CQ) is enough for now or for this Internet discussion, and probably a necessary prerequisite to implement other areas of application of difference arranging (in the other 97% of how nature does what it does), as an alternative to or replacement for equal action- reaction, force overpowering force, motion in a straight line or ballistic trajectory until smashing into something and thus "destruction" (3% of the time, lets get on with the other 97%).

With what this electronic book shows as a description of the basic procedure in which everything in the universe is engaging both material and spiritual and 18 homo net using Internet, (networking in seconds to any data base on the Earth to find out what to arrange in difference arrangements), human civilization has arrived at the point of "All Problems Solved !", and as additional problems are encountered (decreasing levels of effectability), a cosmology is provided to solve the additional problems.
