This letter describes a business system that should be considered for the Nobel prize for economics.

I am aware that this submission does not meet your criteria for prize consideration, namely that peer group review and appraisal is non existent. This is principally because colleges will not allow the procedures of the business method described to be discussed on college campuses, to say nothing of work actually done for academic credit and eventual peer group recognition for the work as possibly a unique contribution to ideas and methods in economics.

Thus this letter and submission is simply to document who the writer of this letter endeavored to contact in an effort to obtain interest in, tests of, and evaluation of the business procedure described while he was still alive, and will be found as information in the papers and writings of a deceased as an estate is settled and a will funded home page posting on the Internet World Wide Web after death, http://www.canuck.com/~akwu/ab

Briefly, the business procedure has as its central procedural concept, that goods and services produced by a business procedure are paid for by the work and materials that are assembled to cause an item or service to become available for distribution.

With all goods and services treated as if they have already been paid for by the work and materials assembled to accomplish their availability, the question then arises of who is entitled (has prior choice) to receive before someone else what has already been paid for? The question is answered as follows:

Profit, pay for putting work or materials into a business procedure is by the act of distribution, instead of by collecting a medium of exchange from the persons or groups to whom goods or services are distributed.

Distribution for personal use is by quantity available, instead of trying to take value away from or deduct from a customer's recognition of pay or profit earned in life, an amount equal to the value of each item or service received.

This is not a value trading, equalism mathematics based system. It is a difference arranging mathematics, prior choice, status, or earned pecking order to select what is available based system.

It is a replicating in the actions of humans, what it can be observed is the process of distribution used throughout all of the rest of the functioning of nature, from the phenomenon of gravity, to social and distribution systems among other forms of life on the Earth, some of which are almost as complex as human social arrangement and production and distribution systems (such as a rain forest).

In different words, the extra step is eliminated in current human business procedure, of having to pay twice for each item or service each customer receives. 1. The first time an item or service is paid for is when the work and materials are put into a business procedure that results in an economic good or service becoming accomplished reality. 2. The second time each item or service is paid for is when an effort is made to trade, "pay", or give away an amount equal to the value of an item to accomplish its distribution.

Determination of who shall be able to choose from what is available before someone else in personal use receiving, (have prior choice in difference arranging), to accomplish an orderly process of customers shopping and knowing what they can buy or receive for personal use, is by comparing the accumulated total in one's life of the pay or profit by the act of distribution one has put into a business system, with the prices placed on goods and services retail sellers are distributing.

The simple rule 3 ("Life simple enough to understand again.") for accomplishing orderly prior choice distribution (instead of trying to pay a second time for everything, value trading distribution), is that a customer can select a reasonable amount of anything with a price on it the same as or lower than the accumulated total in one's life of how much one has paid the first time for what has become available.

As an example: An item with a price on it of 20,000, means that a customer must have paid the first time (put work or materials into life), an accumulated total in one's life up to the time of the purchase, an amount of at least 20,000 or more to have earned the right of prior choice to select a reasonable amount of the item, before participants in the business system who have paid in less than 20,000 so far in their life.

The pricing of goods or services for personal use distribution is accomplished by their seller determining by experiment and knowledge of the kind of customers one's business serves, how far to lower the price placed on each item starting from the highest total work or profit in life recognition customers show in order to purchase, and steadily lowering such a price until the level is found by experiment, where either complete distribution of a seller's available quantity of an item or service is accomplished, or some of its quantity is still available when its price is lowered to 0, thereby indicating that participants in the business system who so far have put 0 value into life, can choose to receive a reasonable quantity of 0 priced items.

Remember that pay or profit for distribution is accomplished by the act of distribution as a bookkeeping entry, and not by trying to collect the value of what is being distributed from a customer, who in the case of someone in present equalism based systems who has put no recognized value into life so far, will have no value to trade in order to pay a second time for what one receives.

"Reasonable amount per customer" is determined by an item's or services's distributor. Thus purchase limiting is accomplished by the opinion of a reasonable amount per customer by an item's or service's seller, instead of by customers running out of pay or profit recognition (or borrowing, credit, or tax supported welfare) to trade equal to what is received. This is not an equal sign mathematics based system of reasoning or records keeping. It is a difference arranging mathematics system of reasoning and records keeping.

The experimenting with how far to lower the price of each item for personal use distribution by a seller, so that customers purchase with the simple idea of being able to buy whatever has a price on it lower than the total of what one has paid into a business system, involves as its central consideration not placing so low a price on an item, or allowing customers with prior choice to purchase selecting unreasonably large quantities of what is purchased, so that customers with higher total pay or profit recognition in their life do not find as they wish to purchase items, that what they wish to buy is not available because some of what a seller had available was distributed to individuals with lower total pay or profit recognition in their life, or unreasonably large quantities were received by earlier purchasers.

An actionable basis for complaint to be made before a court of law in this business procedure, can be customers with higher total pay or profit recognition in their life accusing a seller of personal use items of acting irresponsibly, incompetently, or with malice to steal from them, by placing prices so low on goods or services distributed, that their quantities available were used up before individuals with higher pay or profit recognitions in life had a reasonable opportunity to choose to receive a reasonable quantity of the items or services before their quantity available was exhausted.

Decision against a defendant in such a court action consists of varying degrees of a court of law ordering how a defendant in such an action shall henceforth conduct his, her, or its business. This can range from having to submit full to partial pricing schedules before distribution to customers, to a court appointed referee who understands the procedures and philosophical principles on which this business procedure is based, to revocation of a license to do business and engage in further irresponsibility, incompetency, or stealing of goods or services in the categories cited in the court decision.

How a seller of personal use items conducts his, her, or its business to keep from being named as a defendant before a court of law for irresponsibility or stealing, is for each individual or group to determine by individual initiative. If such individual initiative results in court of law decisions against a defendant, then one's individual initiative and personal freedom to do as one pleases is thereafter for a time specified in the court action, governed and constrained by what a court of law states as proper and competent distribution for the specific defendant, and understanding of and respect for the business principle of prior choice of what has become available by someone who has put more into life than someone else.

The court decree does not become a "common law" which thereafter applies to all subsequent defendants similarly accused, but rather applies only to the specific defendant in a specific court action.

It is also an actionable basis for a complaint before a court of law, for a customer purchasing for personal use to buy what a seller states is a "reasonable amount" per customer from several distributors, and thereby coming to possess an aggregate of what would be an unreasonable amount of an item or service if purchased from a single distributor.

The impersonal and non identifiable as to source absence of a medium of exchange in this non equation based mathematics system, and instead the use of the personal record for purchasing of the total pay or profit of what a person has put into life (one's personal difference position in the business system in which one participates to put into and receive out of life), provides the accounting paper trail, to determine if an accusation is valid made before a court of law, of stealing by an individual by receiving an unreasonable amount of an item or service for personal use, by receiving reasonable amounts from several different sources.

In distribution for resale, (wholesale reselling, intermediate distribution to other sellers in a distribution chain or pipeline, goods or services sold for manufacturing or processing before being distributed to a final consumer), distribution is determined by negotiation and individual initiative choice by a goods or services owner or distributor, of the reasonable quantity that will be distributed to each customer requesting some of what a resale seller has available for distribution.

The central consideration by a resale distributor in determining how much of what is being distributed shall be received by each resale customer requesting some of the goods or services being distributed, is a judgment of how to proportion the distribution of the quantity available of what is being distributed, so that a condition is achieved of an approximately uniform ultimate personal use consumer price throughout a distribution area of the personal use consumption items that ultimately become available for distribution, by functioning of the resale distribution, manufacturing, and processing procedures of this business system. This also provides a way to eliminate taxation as governments also negotiate for their purchases as a resale distributor.

An aid to a resale seller in making such proportional distribution decisions, are the statements by resale purchasers with their orders, of personal use consumption items balance points (personal use prices) achieved in their distribution location, of goods and services whose availability is determined by the quantities ordered by resale purchasers. A resale seller thus decides by individual initiative to sell proportionally larger quantities to resale buyers in locations where personal use prices affected by the resale items are higher, and proportionally smaller quantities to locations where personal use prices affected by the resale items being distributed are lower. This is the form that "supply and demand" and a "market economy" or "market driven economy" takes in this non equal sign mathematics based system of business.

As with personal use selling, a seller of goods or services for resale can be named as a defendant before a court of law, accused of proportioning the quantities of what was being sold for resale in such a way, that an unreasonable spread came to exist between the highest and lowest personal use prices for goods or services in a distribution area.

Stated a little differently, a complainant can contend that he, she, or it was unable to receive proper and reasonable quantities of goods or services desired or ordered from a resale seller, to engage in manufacturing or personal use distribution, because a defendant had exhausted what he, she, or it had available by distributing quantities to customers who ultimately made personal use consumption goods or services available, that were priced at a lower price than what would have been the personal use price in the business location of the complainant who was unable to have one's order for goods or services delivered, due to the exhausting of quantities available for resale distribution.

As with decisions against a defendant in a personal use pricing court action, in proportioning quantities of goods and services for resale, a court decision can range from a defendant having to submit proportional quantity distribution decisions to a court appointed referee for review, to revocation of a license to continue with further distribution of the goods or services for resale by a defendant.

How a seller of items for resale keeps from being named as a defendant accused of irresponsibility, or complicity in stealing of goods or services for resale, by distributing to individuals or groups that failed to seek to accomplish an end result of a uniform ultimate consumer personal use price throughout a distribution area, is for each personal use seller to determine with individual initiative and competent knowledge of the nature of the business methods and pricing structure of the portion of the goods and services distribution process in which one is participating.

It is important to observe in each step of this business procedure, that the first choice (prior choice) for each action, is freedom of choice and individual initiative by each individual, and a second choice mode of accusation of theft or incompetence before a court of law toward the end of constraining the freedom of choice of an incompetent or dishonest seller, applies only to the specific persons named in a court hearing, if the first choice mode of freedom and individual initiative fails to accomplish orderly, fair, and understandable procedure for all interested parties.

Stated in different words, this is not a centrally planned economy, government bureaucracy source of initiative, central government dictatorship structured system of social arrangement and business decision making. It is an individual freedom of choice, individual initiative system.

"Regulation of orderly procedure" is accomplished on a first level by delineating fair, ethical, and orderly behavior, that each individual then uses as guidelines for making personal freedom of choice decisions.

The primary example is: It is delineated that a person who has put a larger total into life than someone else, is entitled to make selections of reasonable quantities of what has become available for personal use, before someone who has put a smaller total amount of work or materials into life.

"Dictatorship" (limiting freedom, denying freedom of choice), is not applied as a universal procedure applying to everyone, administered by a central planning bureaucracy, but rather is applied only to specific individuals who are found guilty as accused before a court of law, of having acted in a manner of theft, destruction, incompetency, or irresponsibility when allowed as a first position (prior choice) applying to everyone, to act first in a manner of freedom and individual initiate; and then only as a second choice, the freedom and individual initiative of specific individuals subjected to court dictatorship, (not central government planning dictatorship of everyone), if a specific individual in freedom did not conduct oneself in a fair and orderly way, and in a manner of no more destruction of anyone.

Even under such restraint of defendants found guilty by a court of law, initiative still originates with each such individual, but is subject to court review before action is taken, whereas with those who are most of the members of a group who can upon their own initiative conduct themselves and their business activities in such a way that complaints are not made against them before a court of law, no review by a person or group appointed by a court or any other procedure of their society is required before they undertake in freedom whatever actions they choose.

The central issue in resale distribution is, should resources allocation be centralized (government bureaucracy, dictatorship), or decentralized (individual initiative, freedom)? Difference arranging business with its elimination of taxation enables the position of individual initiative, but with a means of indirect democratic choice through its value determining method, (see below).

Because the mechanism in an intermediate medium of exchange trading system OF PAYING FOR EVERYTHING TWICE to determine value or price does not exist in this business procedure, of seeing how much value can be taken away from a customer or how much a customer is willing or able to reduce one's paid the first time record for what is purchased, (pay or profit is by the act of distribution as a bookkeeping entry, and not by collecting a medium of exchange or other barter from customers), a different mechanism is needed to determine the value of goods or services put into a business system, in order to produce the accumulated total in life for each individual of the total pay or profit one has earned in one's life, that one uses to purchase with this non equal sign based mathematics system, and thus non equal value exchanging based business method.

The different method of determining pay, profit, or value of goods and services sold in this business system, is by the procedure being widely heard and demanded throughout human civilization at this time (the 1990's of the 20th century), and referred to by the vague title "democracy", or more precisely, individuals comprising the membership of a production and distribution system participating in being able to make the choices of who shall determine or adjust the laws that govern actions and transfer of property ownership in the production and distribution system of which one is a member. Or more briefly "participatory government".

Thus participating in selecting representatives to adjust the laws one's group will live by, is based on what each individual has decided to DO to produce one's recognition of the accumulated total of pay or profit it is recognized one has earned in life by putting goods or services into the production and distribution system of which one is a citizen.

Such elected representatives ("democracy") based on what people by individual initiative have chosen to DO, and not based on the reasons why one does something such as nationality, religion, race, idealism, political opinions, location of residence, or anything other than the end result of all such reasons which is what a person finally chooses to DO to help others (pay the first time), as a portion of their law adjusting deliberations and voting, thus take under consideration for debate, whether larger or smaller quantities are needed of the various kinds of goods or services being produced and distributed in the business system for which they are the law making body of democratically elected representatives.

Voting after deliberation and debate then consists of voting higher or lower "pay or profit by the act of distribution" values to be received for goods or services of which more or less are thought to be needed in the opinions of the elected representatives, to permit the continuation of living in an orderly and rewarding manner for the citizenry of the production and distribution system whom they represent.

Such voting of higher or lower pay or profit by the act of distribution values, then becomes information about which the citizens of their production and distribution system can do whatever each individual thinks is appropriate according to individual initiative.

Thus the assembly of democratically elected representatives on the basis of what each person has chosen to do in life to help others (earn one's pay or profit recognition in life, what one puts into life to be entitled to receive out of life), if it decides by debate and voting that more is needed of some kind of item or service, vote to increase the pay or profit automatically earned by putting such goods or services into life, so that it is found by experiment and continual observing of the changing conditions in the production and distribution system they are governing, how high a pay or profit rate must be raised to cause a sufficient number of people to choose on their own initiative to put that kind of item or service into their business system to earn their accumulated life total of pay or profit in life, and thus assist in creating an orderly, fair, and understandable business procedure for all of its participants.

If in the voting opinions of the assembly of representatives less is needed of an item or service, a lower rate of pay or profit is voted as information for citizens of the business system to do whatever they feel like doing with such information by individual initiative.

This by human nature and reasonableness applied to human actions, can produce an effect of finding by experiment the proportional balance point (difference arranging position) of how low the pay or profit needs to be to cause a sufficient number of people to stop doing on their own initiative whatever has been voted as a lower pay or profit rate, and choose by individual initiative to put something else into life that earns a higher rate of pay or profit by the act of distribution.

The preceding it can be seen, is in effect simply recognizing on a broader level of application on one hand, but with a substantially higher level of individual initiative and freedom on another hand, what currently is called the process of "collective bargaining", "professional association or labor union organization of members of a production and distribution system", "people's soviets", "brotherhoods", or "brotherhood of mankind"-- as a system of government, in comparison to an alternate procedure of organization of a production and distribution system on the basis of whom one wants to wage war against, or steal from other individuals or human groups usually arranged as nations, or taxpayers, but also in many instances arranged on the basis of members of a particular religion, and in other instances arrangement of participants in a business system on the basis of race, political opinions, language, or other ways of determining by various ideas, theories, or doctrines whom to try to steal from, enslave, or direct the activities of oneself and one's production and distribution system toward destroying.

As an application of ex post facto (one cannot be accused of a crime for which there was not a law defining the crime at the time), during a transition from an equalism mathematics based system to a difference arranging mathematics based system, it is suggested that it be delineated: "Let those who have keep, and produce more for those who do not yet have".

This should also be interpreted to mean: In the transition from equal sign based to difference arranging based arithmetic as the basis for operating a business system, individuals whose way of putting into life disappears and they thus become unemployed. An example is individuals employed in trying to get a medium of equalism exchange system to work by employment in credit issuing and servicing, (including what to do about defaults on loan repayment), issuing and withdrawing a medium of exchange from circulation to deal with price inflation and deflation and employment-unemployment, and tax levying, collecting, and dispersal.

Individuals whose work in life consisted of engaging in such no longer needed activities in a difference arranging based system of business, in keeping with the principles of this simpler to understand way of living, should be granted a total work in life recognition that at the transition date, gives them a purchasing level enabling them to buy goods and services in the new system of the same kind and old ideas of value, that they had in the discontinued equalism medium of exchange system.

In other words implementing what is described here should not be taken as justification for trying to take property or buying ability away from individuals who by the different ideas of this system might be thought by some to have acquired more than a reasonable quantity out of a previous system, (by juggling, manipulating, or stealing in various ways an intermediate medium of exchange). It is better to go on to something new and creative than to waste and deplete one's resources, energy, and spirituality wallowing in continuing violence, hate, and destruction of everything both good and bad. You have managed to support such people so far in current systems. It is less destructive to continue to support them until they die a natural death. than to engage in what may be a final civilization destroying war trying to steal back what they stole in a previous system, (their basis for continued stealing has been eliminated).

In other more extensive writings by the writer of this letter about this business procedure, it is observed that an individual keeping what one has acquired for personal use in a previous system is not able to pass on such property by inheritance to heirs, unless a will maker has shown an heir how to operate inherited production or distribution facilities to earn (put into life, pay the first time), an accumulated total that would entitle an heir to receive such inherited personal use items anyway with one's earned total put into life position. Provision is also suggested to hold inheritance designated property and production facilities in trust for a reasonable length of time into the second generation, to allow children and younger adult heirs a reasonable length of time to operate inherited production and distribution facilities to earn a total value put into life recognition that would permit an heir to receive at the level of the personal use inherited property.

This is the dynasty preserving provision, that permits unique abilities and production facilities to be kept in a family or "dynasty", if subsequent members choose to demonstrate the ability to continue the unique creative abilities and production facilities of their forbears. It is also the provision whereby a purposely created replacement body can demonstrate a 30 legitimate replication, (also see 76 Answers to questions) and continue on with work interrupted by the annoyance of one's body wearing out or being accidentally killed. Such verification should be looked for in the grand children generation of an individual, and not in the next 1st or children generation.

Because this is a recognition of the work or materials an individual has personally put into life to be entitled to receive out of life business procedure, and not an equalism based detached medium of exchange purchasing or reward procedure, it is thus not possible to pass on as a commodity, possessing value in itself, a prior choice purchasing position to an heir by inheritance, as if it has value detached from the actual work or materials a person has personally put into life. A legitimate new body replacement will have little trouble in redemonstrating one's unique ability if one wishes, and thus re earning a total work in life recognition. In some instances an honorarium position may be accorded as recognition of one's contributions through several bodies, if times have changed and one's previous abilities are now obsolete.

Since the preceding suggests what could conceivably be a more peaceful way to relate to each other the participants in what has now become a global system of production and distribution of goods and services by 6 all of the members of human civilization on the Earth, a basis is thus claimed for this business procedure being a reasonable consideration for awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize for economics, notwithstanding its failure to meet the usually employed criteria for Nobel Peace Prize consideration of peer group review and acceptance.

This has the characteristics of what each individual and group claims it already believes is how peace will be achieved

An additional consideration the prize committee might consider relevant, is that examining the juxtaposition of changed or adjusted human relationships that would be characteristics of living in and using this business procedure, depending upon the different already accepted idealistic, religious, political, or atheist-science based persuasion of each individual and group, each individual or group on the Earth will find in this business procedure the creative characteristics and relationships predicted, promised, or prophesied by the religious or idealistic persuasion which one has already accepted as the way "peace" would finally be achieved on the Earth.

It is important to consider the modifier in the preceding claim of characteristics of this business procedure of fulfilling the creative portions of an individual's or group's already accepted beliefs system.

The juxtaposition is thus suggested that if this business procedure (or one similar to or better than what has been described in this document, that solves better than by what is described here current problems of debt, financing, taxation, financial collapse, bankruptcy, unfairness, injustice, and war, hate, and violence as a preferred choice to solve human problems), is not put into operation within probably little more than the next 10 to 20 years of human actions on the Earth, that what will transpire as can presently be observed throughout the Earth, is the continuation possibly to the predicted or promised extinction of human life on the Earth, of fulfilling of the destructive predictions, promises, or warnings of each person's or group's already accepted religious or idealistic system.

Thus in what this letter describes, there may be what amounts in effect philosophically, idealistically, and religiously to a two edged sword. One edge can cut through the current intellectual, ideas, and procedures stalemate of current business, financing, debt, unworkable mathematics, and taxation systems, and failure to continue functioning effectively any longer of "democracy" or "participatory government", "freedom", and "individual initiative" systems of human organization, and get on to the "new Heaven and new Earth" or "Peace and Paradise" promised or predicted by whatever idealistic or religious system of which one is already a member. But if the other edge of the two edged sword is used through not changing over to what is described in this letter, it can slash through to and witness the ending of human civilization and human life on the Earth by fulfilling of the destructive prophecies or warnings contained in one's already accepted system of believing and idealistic persuasion.

An additional consideration by the prize committee might be that the writer of this letter as of the year 1991 is not yet deceased although having reached the age of 70s, and thus can still be contacted in person to show how all of the parts of what has been described in this letter are already in place all over the Earth, but apparently with almost no one as yet seeming to realize where all of the parts are and how they can now be assembled to accomplish in only a few hours what this letter describes.

Since all of the parts of what this letter describe are now physically in place on the Earth and in a sense, simply "behind veils" hiding what they actually are, and can be used to start doing this at any time, a media event of some kind (such as was demonstrated in the TV coverage Gulf war of 1991) -- could follow up with coverage of the peace following the war.

A few more TV hours could cover the convening of the long hoped for "Brotherhood of Mankind". This could cause the veils to fall away from what is now in existence (as much in existence as PATRIOT missiles, and radar guided bombs), like the unveiling of a new sculpture by an artist or construction project that has been under construction behind a veiling screen awaiting its dedication day by a mayor of a city, art patron, or president of a country or, Chairman of the United Nations, or "Chairman of the Brotherhood of Mankind" presiding over the unveiling and making a speech.

It is now within the realm of possibility for what this letter describes to be put into operation in as short a time as over some convenient week end in the near future, or in as short a time as 24 hours if there is sufficient desire and motivation by a critical mass within the citizenry of current human civilization on the Earth. The peace after the war can be accomplished as swiftly as the winning of the Gulf war of 1991, see 7c "We Interrupt This Game Show".

A Gulf War won in a few hours by the United States in the latter years of the 20th century, can be followed by world peace and the Brotherhood of mankind suddenly realized and in place in only a few more hours by essentially the same sequence of events that was witnessed on world television with the Gulf war.

Many aspects of how the United States has conducted itself since the formalizing of its constitution, have provided now demonstrated models of how the procedures of freedom and individual initiative can be used to structure the actions of a human group to produce goods and services other than a PATRIOT missile or laser guided bomb to win a war of destruction in a few hours.

The now accomplished fact of the electronics devices of many diverse kinds in addition to PATRIOT missiles and laser bombs, that originated in the United States (as a portion of a test demonstration of individual initiative, for which many Nobel prizes have already been awarded in recognition of such individual initiative accomplishments), have now demonstrated that the records keeping and data base accessing of "total of the pay or profit of each person's life" as a method to accomplish at any point of sale any purchase no matter how trivial, can now be accomplished within lengths of time that are practical and reasonable, (and fit human nature and human mind attention spans), for any kind of personal use or resale purchasing.

The data base accessing and information processing to base purchasing on total work in life buying and non equation based mathematics, is a far less formidable and complex task, and now accomplished fact, than what is required to launch and guide a PATRIOT missile or smart bomb, (see Internet, Motorola).

Such an accomplishing of reducing data base accessing to a length of time that fits reasonable human nature and attention spans, (such as what is a reasonable length of time to launch and guide a PATRIOT missile in a Gulf war?, a few seconds?), thus makes it no longer necessary to continue employing the thousands of years old patchwork device of an intermediate medium of exchange (to pay a second time) to try to deal with the problem of reasonable data processing time to find and verify the right of any individual at any time to receive out of life because of the accumulated total of what one has put into life, and what as accomplished fact is available to be received.

World peace according to each person's and groups' already accepted creative idealistic or religious beliefs is that close to being within the grasp and accomplishment of human civilization on the Earth before the arrival of the year 2000, by a continuation into peace of the data processing capability time frame and TV "all eyes seeing with clouds" demonstrated in the Middle East war of 1990-1991.

The ages old problem of how to buy and sell with strangers started at the current geographical location of Iraq and the Babylonian trading empire of around 53 1500 BC, has not been updated in basic concept to utilize subsequent discoveries by humans of how nature function, for probably as long as 3500 years. This seems absurd considering the incessant and seemingly constantly increasing number of apparently mathematically unsolvable problems (by equal sign based mathematical reasoning, paying for everything a second time), that are precipitated by trying to use an equal sign mathematics based system of reasoning to try to conduct human business procedure. Each time the mathematics of "equalism" fails to "solve an equation", or "get the books to balance", an additional exception or violation of the basic rule and concept of "equalism" is added to a system already too complex to be understood by either human or electronic data processor, which is the device of violation of "equalism" of debt and taxation.

Is this world government? No. It is a world communication procedure, - about work in and what is available to be received out of life; a more efficient and easier to understand way to do what present money, credit, debt and tax systems try to do for human civilization. Individual initiative is not "World Government". This is world apprehension of the unfair and criminals.

Please consider making an exception to peer group review, acceptance, and recommendation to your committee in this submission for consideration for a Nobel Peace Prize in economics. Such an award could conceivably precipitate the media event that could result in suddenly bringing what is described here from the world of "a plan or road map", to the world of everyday human civilization accomplished fact.
