The new economic theory on which "total value put into life buying" is based, (anything is already paid for by the work and materials put into life to make something available for distribution), is a practical application of a new view of the basic principle on which the universe is constructed called "Resonation Physics".
Resonation Physics is suggested as a replacement for the current view called "Force overpowering force, action-reaction, for every act of creation there must be an equal amount of destruction, `equalism reasoning', purposeless statistical probability physics and mathematics".
A "Resonation Physics" view of being suggests anything taking place in the universe is not a process of "action and reaction". It is instead a process of event repetition.
In the range of event repetition called radio and television, event repetition is called "resonation". It is also called "the frequency on which a radio or TV broadcasts", and the frequency on which a radio or TV receives. The numbers 550 to 1500 (followed by 000) on a radio dial indicates the event repetition range where AM (Amplitude Modulation) radio takes place.
Another part of the same phenomenon taking place at a faster rate of event repetition than radio or TV broadcasting and receiving is "light". Light is event repetition or "resonation" taking place at a rate of 10 with 15 zeros after the 10 times per second, or 10,000,000,000,000,000 event repetitions per second.
"Resonation Physics" suggests that the fundamental properties of resonation observable in radio, TV, and light phenomena apply to event repetition of any duration throughout the universe. Thus "resonation physics" as a view of the basic principle being implemented in anything encountered anywhere in the universe, broadens one's viewpoint and range of observation from the limited range of cosmic rays, to light, to TV and radio phenomena, to repeating events of any duration anywhere.
It thus includes event repetition such as the 24 hour repeating of day and night, the one year repeating of seasons on the earth, observable event repetition ranging to years, thousands of years, and to a repeating event such as the approximately 25,000 year wobble of the earth on its axis.
Looking at conditions of smaller event repetitions than hours to several thousand years on the earth, one can observe and speculate on how repeating events in the area of individual atoms (by current ideas, caused by rotating of electrons around an atomic nucleus), lead to "resonating in harmony" conditions (instead of force overpowering force conditions) that are all of the conditions of matter found everywhere on the earth and throughout the universe. "Resonation physics" suggests fitting together or locking together of wave shapes on the surfaces of resonating spherical volumes (instead of rotating electrons in orbits) is the basic structure of any kind of matter anywhere in the universe.
A wide spread example of such "a fitting together in harmony of resonating spherical volumes" is all of the various forms of plant and animal life on the earth.
Such a broad range of repeating events phenomena from basic atoms to complete life forms, includes the repeating events phenomenon called human life on the earth.
Human beings are an example of "resonation physics" phenomena or "repeating events phenomena" at a location in the universe called the planet earth.
A property of a condition exhibiting repeating events phenomena (resonation) appears to be what simple language and ideas calls "memory".
"Memory" appears to be a condition where, -- as arrangements of resonation phenomena include increasing numbers of repeating events resonating in harmony (up to and including a complex arrangement of repeating events such as a human being, but also observable in all forms of less complex event repetitions), -- a "whole collection of repetitions" keeps a record of the repeated events that have caused it to be what it is and to occupy the position in all of being where it finds itself at a given moment, or awareness of events repeated in its past, or speculation or planning ahead to events that will be repeated in its future.
Thus an inherent property of something that is repeating is "predictability" (of when an event will repeat again), which as such a structure comes to be realized and understood produces the condition of "purpose" of being, or purpose of actions observed in nature, to replace the current theory (derived from force overpowering force physics), that all observed motions take place by the principles of purposeless statistical probability.
A link and overall explanation (a cosmology) is thus finally accomplished between phenomena as fundamental as "motion" in individual atoms, atomic particles, and electromagnetic fields, and observation and explanation of feelings of purpose, freedom of choice, motivation in life, what is "creation", who or what is "the process of creation", "the creator" or "God", and mathematically calculable morality on a level of complexity such as human life.

A property of "resonation" throughout the universe, and by testable speculation in humans, as well as observable in such now widely experienced event repetition phenomena as radio and TV, is "difference arrangement" of exhibited and experienced event repetition from smaller to larger by a criterion of length of time between repeated events. Examples of this observable in nature with unaided human senses are a rainbow, stratification of rock, human alphabet and number systems.
Such "repeating events difference arranging" when combined with another observable property of something exhibiting resonation phenomena, produces a suggestion, model, and theory to be tested, of the fundamental procedure in which anything in the universe is engaging, but in particular how human beings on the earth function and survive or fail to survive as an example of results of the functioning of the basic principle on which the universe is constructed, (repeating events difference arranging, not purposeless statistical probability masses smashing into each other by the ideas of force overpowering force physics).
The additional characteristic or property of simple to complex difference arrangements to combine with "graduated magnitude difference arranging" is constantly measuring "level of effectability" by any entity.
Stated in a little bit different way, "level of effectability" is the quantity (number of differences) of what something is effecting and being effected by.
Thus a property of something exhibiting repeating events phenomena seems to be a accumulative recording of all of the event repetitions that have led up to what something is at any given time, continually compared with a measurement of how much it is effecting and being effected by its environment (its "level of effectability).
Now we get to an extremely important focus point and perhaps new idea suggested by resonation physics when applied to the specific phenomena that is a human being, groups of human beings, and the whole group of individuals that is human life on the earth.
It appears that an entity exhibiting repeating events phenomena that includes as a fundamental process, constantly comparing its level of effectability with its difference arrangement of event repetitions that have led up where and what it is at any given moment, -- when it measures or projects a "lower level of effectability", this triggers an automatic process, or response, that a "MISTAKE" of some kind has been made in the record of differences arranged that has caused it to be where and what it is at a given moment, and an entity produced by the processes of nature immediately sets about correcting the mistake, (accomplishing the purpose of being, creation, see above).
A "difference arranging mistake" by the different view of the basic nature of being suggested by resonation physics, is something such as mixing up a graduated magnitude difference arrangement by arranging short duration event repetitions in with long duration repetitions, (not treating events according to their true total), failing to include repeating events experienced in the arrangement, or using a faulty reasoning process by a human being based on a lack of understanding of how nature is basically constructed and functions, that for example uses the theory or idea that "solving problems" or "living on a day to day basis" is fundamentally a process of determining what to omit from the difference arrangement in which one is constantly engaging.
Stated in another way, what is it that one must overcome, destroy, or leave out of one's life in order to survive?, (according to force overpowering physics).
Or in other words, using a way of thinking based on the fundamental ideas of a view of being that says anything tries to travel in straight lines by the principles of purposeless statistical probability until smashing into something, and when a smashup happens a stronger force overpowers or destroys a weaker force.
Such a theory of the basic nature of being is the opposite of theorizing that being is basically a process of everything resonating in harmony and thus accomplishing creation, and instead is a process of stronger forces overpowering or destroying weaker forces, ---
--- and, that "destruction" (measuring or projecting a decreasing level of effectability) is the result of A MISTAKE MADE IN DIFFERENCE ARRANGING, and not an unavoidable consequence of the basic principle on which being is constructed (for every act of creation there must be an equal and opposite amount of destruction, or equal action-reaction, or "equalism reasoning").

The following is an another more technical way to state the theory and cosmology "resonation physics".
The financial miracle "total value put into life buying, and, pay or profit by the act of distribution" was developed from a new cosmology called "Resonation physics" to replace the current widely accepted cosmology called "Equal Action-reaction or Newtonian Physics".
Resonation physics postulates that the universe is held together by resonation instead of by gravitational attraction, and that gravity is a residual phenomenon left over from an entropy-like transition from energy to mass.
"Resonation" in its pure beginning form is a "perfect order" graduated magnitudes arrangement from largerto smaller. An example is the order of colors in a visible light spectrum or rainbow.
As energy undergoes a transition from energy to mass, what is originally perfect order difference arranging as in an electromagnetic spectrum becomes a disorderly fall out of Periodic Table of Elements elements and compounds which are observed on a human level as the earth on which humans walk with its variety of various kinds of rocks, soils, its atmosphere, and liquids of many kinds of which water is the compound and liquid found in the largest quantity.
But then "order" starts being brought out of the disorder of chemicals and compounds that constitute a pre-human civilization earth with its atmosphere and oceans, as graduated magnitudes difference arranging begins to take place repeating the model of the beginning cosmology that was resonation difference arranging as in a rainbow or the whole electromagnetic spectrum.
We now postulate two possibilities in accomplishing difference arranging from larger to smaller magnitudes. The two possibilities are: (1) correct difference arrangement; (2) incorrect difference arrangement.
Correct difference arrangement is each entity in an arrangement measured and treated according to its true magnitude or true total and thus arranged in a difference arrangement before smaller magnitudes and after larger magnitudes. It appears that a human emotional response to such a condition is that a condition of "good", "harmony", "creation", "desirable" has been achieved.
Incorrect difference arrangement is something not being treated according to its true magnitude and thus being placed in an incorrect position in a difference arrangement. It appears a human emotional response to such a condition is that a condition of "bad", "inharmony", "destruction" or "undesirable" has been achieved.
There appears to be a condition observable throughout all of being consistent with the cosmolog postulated here to correct conditions of incorrect difference arrangement.
On a human emotional level, "mistakes in difference arranging" tend to be called "human problems", or "problems for humans to solve". The same can apparently be said for all other forms of being observable on the earth, and probably throughout the rest of the universe.
Is there a possibility that the "problems" listed at the start of ww book fit the postulated model of "incorrect difference arrangement"?

With the preceding as a model for analysis and testing of a theory of "the purpose of being", that is to say analyzing conditions of lower level of effectability, that is to say "destruction" or "unsolved problems" or mistakes made by nature or a product of the functioning of nature such as a human being, we can proceed with such tests by applying "Resonation Physics" theory to an area such a "problems" or "destruction" encountered by humans.
The theory can be applied to analysis and testing in any other area of being in the universe or on the earth.
But for this particular home page on Internet during the last years of the 20th century, (1996, when force overpowering force physics and equalism based mathematical reasoning is the basic reasoning process taught to humans in virtually all schools and used to conduct the affairs of humans particularly in actions of human governments and business procedures), it should be more interesting to test practical applications of resonation physics to human actions, than to test its validity applied to everything else in the universe except human life, and human actions, and human problems on the earth, (the method of current human ideas in physics and mathematics taught virtually universally at this time throughout human civilization).
Proceeding then with such an analysis and test of practical applications of resonation physics to conditions of "lower level of effectability", that is to say "unsolved problems" or "destruction in current human emotional terms, we can start by asking the question, "Can any instances (phenomena) be observed using human emotional terms, that might be classified as "destruction" or "an unsolved problem" from a human emotional point of view?
Not using a human emotional language point of view, and instead using the quantifiable, scientifically measurable, precisely definable terminology of "Resonation Physics" (to replace force overpowering force physics), in human actions, can any phenomena be observed that fits the structure of a "decreased level of effectability"?
Apparently we do not have to look very far to find what seem to be phenomena that fit the definition of "destruction" or "failing to accomplish the purpose of being" of "resonation physics".

Or in other words in a variety of ways "the purpose of being" (creation) is not being achieved, and thus can be a basis for a "resonation physics analysis and test" of the validity of the theory of a different view of the basic nature of being, to see if it shows how to end or avert destruction.
